About this class
This 45 minutes offering combines a 25 minutes of Basic Yoga movement before entering a 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra for closing to nourish and promote overall wellness of the being.

What is Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga) ?
It is a powerful guided meditation done in savasana (Corpse Pose) that will help to release tension and stresses, which promotes deep rest and relaxation, while developing greater self awareness.
